These terms apply when you buy from or use ghostnetsolutions.com. Please read them before ordering. Nothing here affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.

If we discover an error in the price or description of something you have ordered, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead at the correct price, or to cancel and be refunded in full.

Using our digital courses

When you buy a digital course you are buying a licence to use it, not ownership of the content itself. That licence is personal to you, and it is perpetual, non-exclusive, and non-transferable.

You may read the material, print a copy for your own use, and apply what you learn however you like, including in your workplace.

You may not resell, share, upload, or redistribute the files; publish the material in whole or in substantial part; or use the content to build a competing product or course.

What our courses are, and what they are not

Our courses are educational material written in plain English for a general audience. They are not professional security consultancy, legal advice, or financial advice, and they are not tailored to your particular circumstances.

Following our guidance will meaningfully reduce your risk. It cannot remove it. No security measure, product, or course can guarantee that you will not be targeted, hacked, scammed, or affected by a data breach, and we do not promise any specific outcome.

If you are dealing with a live security incident, or you have regulatory obligations, please seek qualified professional help.

Physical products

The GhostNet Wraith is supplied with GrapheneOS pre-installed and configured on a refurbished Google Pixel 9. It is covered by a 12-month warranty, set out in our Refund Policy, in addition to your statutory rights.

GrapheneOS is independently developed free and open source software. It is not produced by GhostNet Solutions, and it is available free of charge to anyone who wishes to install it themselves. What we supply is the hardware, the installation and configuration, compatibility checking, and ongoing support.

Where we state that a device receives security updates until a given date, that reflects the manufacturer's published support commitment for that hardware rather than a guarantee given by us. We do not develop the operating system and cannot control the decisions of Google or the GrapheneOS project.

App compatibility changes over time and is outside our control. Some applications, including certain banking apps and contactless payment services, do not function on GrapheneOS. We set this out on the product page and will check your specific requirements before you order if you ask us to. Where we have confirmed compatibility in writing before purchase and the app does not work on delivery, treat that as a misdescription and contact us.

Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for any breach of your statutory rights.

Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was made. We supply to consumers for personal use. If you use our products for any commercial purpose, we have no liability to you for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page at the time you place it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
