Shipping policy

Digital courses

Digital courses and bundles are delivered by email automatically as soon as your payment is confirmed. There is no delivery charge.

Your download link is sent to the email address you used at checkout. If it has not arrived within 15 minutes, check your spam or junk folder first, then email contact@ghostnetsolutions.com and we will resend it.

All courses are supplied as PDF files. You will need a device capable of opening a PDF. No app, account, or subscription is required, and there is no time limit on access once the file is yours.

Physical products

Physical products are dispatched within 5 working days of your order being placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details when your order ships.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Europe, and the United States.

Delivery times

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date you place your order. Transit times vary by destination and carrier and will be confirmed in your dispatch email. Orders outside the United Kingdom take longer to arrive.

Unless we agree a different date with you, we will deliver within 30 days of your order. If we cannot, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs charges applied by the destination country. These are not included in the price you pay us and are your responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot tell you in advance what they will be.

Lost or damaged parcels

Your order is our responsibility until it is delivered into your hands. If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, email contact@ghostnetsolutions.com and we will replace it or refund you.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur a further postage charge.

Before you order a Wraith

If you are buying a GhostNet Wraith, email us the apps and banks you rely on before you order and we will check compatibility with GrapheneOS and give you a straight answer. Sandboxed Google Play can be installed on request at no extra cost. Tell us your preference and we will configure the device before it ships.
